Broadcaster Mark Dolan comes face to face with human extremes once more as he goes in search of some of the world's most incredible individuals. But finding these people is just the start of his mission. His real journey in this series is to discover how and why some people can become extraordinary, even if they're not always born that way to begin with.
Back in the 1990's, Lolo Ferrari was a worldwide phenomenon, regularly parading her huge 4-litre breasts on television, but since her death in 2000 what has happened to the big-breast scene? Are there other women out there who have gone under the knife and enhanced their breasts to the same extent as Lolo? And why would any woman go to such extremes?
Mark Dolan is on a mission to find out. Not really understanding the attraction of these ridiculously large breasts himself, he travels to Las Vegas and Brazil in search of the most enhanced women in the world. By meeting and talking to them he uncovers the real reason why these women have gone through such extreme transformation and the risks they take to go so big.
Mark begins his journey in Las Vegas where he finds Crystal Ashley who, in the 1990s, held the record for The Most Enhanced Woman in The World. But Crystal is an example of where things can go wrong and when Mark catches up with her he discovers she's actually had to have her implants reduced because the original ones were affecting her health.
A big-breast fan directs Mark towards a lady named Minka. Minka and her partner, Woody, have become rich from her website which contains pornographic videos of her and her enormous breasts - each measuring in at 4 litres in volume. Woody admits that "the boobs were his brainchild", something which makes Mark question whether it is the women and the women alone who really make the decision to enhance themselves.
Finally Mark meets Sheyla Hershey (pictured) who is about to have an operation that will make her bigger than Minka. As the Brazilian equivalent to Jordan, Sheyla loves the attention that goes with her big breasts but when the day of the operation arrives Mark is feeling increasingly uneasy about Sheyla going through with it. Is it really worth risking your health just for the title of the most enhanced woman in the world?
